A broadcast about onion from the Dutch television programme Keuringsdienst van waarde.

At the end of the broadcast there is a scene where one of the programme makers prepares a now famous dish; 'broodje ui' (onion sandwich).
Here you can fing a more recent online broadcast: 'Year-old onions in the shop?!'

De Keuringsdienst van waarde is literally translated 'Inspection Service of Value'.
The title of the programme is a pun on the name of the former inspection body Keuringsdienst van Waren, which merged into the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority in 2002.
